Shipping time
Shipping times depend on your location: To the United States: 5–12 business days. To Australia: 10–15 business days. To Europe: 4–12 business days. To Other Locations: 5–15 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
How can I track my order
Once your order is shipped, Curer Lab will automatically send a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your account on Curerlab.com to view your order history and current tracking details.
Canceling or changing order after placing it
To change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. Once an order is processed for shipping, we cannot make changes. However, if the item hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product, fenben cannot be returned if the package has been opened. We accept returns for unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, reach out to customer support directly.
